This is a Monte Carlo simulation of households with rooftop PV acting in a peer-to-peer electricity market. The model calculated the profit of a households in the peer-to-peer electricity market accounting for imbalance charges. The revenue from the traditional market (retail market and feed-in tariff) is also calculated for comparison.
