Load Axitivty CWA format data in Python on Windows

<p><strong>Please click on the link below in 'References' to access the code.</strong><br> </p> <p><br></p> <p>Load accelerometry data stored in CWA format as used by the Axitivty sensor used by the UK Biobank. This version runs in Python (Anaconda) on Windows. It is based upon <a href="https://github.com/activityMonitoring/biobankAccelerometerAnalysis" target="_blank">https://github.com/activityMonitoring/biobankAccelerometerAnalysis</a> and <a href="https://github.com/CASSON-LAB/BiobankActivityCSF" target="_blank">https://github.com/Non-Invasive-Bioelectronics-Lab/BiobankActivityCSF</a>. There are very few changes, but the previous code only works on Unix.</p>
