Using Children's literature and P4C to develop global citizenship

This workshop session took place at the ITET 2024 Annual PGCE Conference Inclusion & Inspiration - Education for Social Justice. 12 January 2024. University of Manchester. In this session, Rebecca focused on how the use of a Philosophy for Children (P4C) approach, combined with carefully chosen picture books can help to develop global citizenship education strands such as empathy, self-awareness and social justice.
