1. BME680 Calibration Tests

This dataset contains data for 8 different concentrations of alpha-pinene: 1 ppb, 10 ppb, 25 ppb, 50 ppb, 100 ppb, 200 ppb, 500 ppb, and 1000 ppb. Each concentration was tested in triplicate using three different sensors: TCA0, TCA1, and TCA3. Each concentration run includes three repetitions for each sensor.

2. BME Continuous Run

This dataset includes data from a continuous run used for two-point sensor calibration. Data were collected from four sensors, each continuously recording data for 5 different concentrations of alpha-pinene.

3. BME Validation Tests

This dataset contains data for 3 concentrations of alpha-pinene, recorded by three sensors: TCA0, TCA1, and TCA3. Each concentration was tested in triplicate.

4. GC Calibration Data

This dataset is organized by concentration of alpha-pinene, including 0.01 ppb, 0.1 ppb, 1 ppb, 10 ppb, 25 ppb, 50 ppb, 100 ppb, and blank tests. The processed data is compiled in an Excel workbook titled 'Peaks all in one.xlsx'.

5. GC Validation

This dataset contains data for three concentrations: 30 ppb, 50 ppb, and 100 ppb. Each concentration has two files: one for internal standard results and another for tested alpha-pinene. Each concentration was tested in triplicate. The processed data is compiled in an Excel workbook titled 'Peaks areas'.

6. Calibration Excel Workbook

This workbook contains all the calculations for statistical analysis related to calibration.


7. BME Validation Workbook

The 'GraphP_project' workbook contains all figures and data analysis related to the BME validation tests.
