Data supporting review paper on cubic GaN

Previously unreported data included in the review paper entitled "  

Cubic GaN and InGaN / GaN Quantum wells" corresponding to Figure 1 and 5 of that paper. Figure 1 shows the emission wavelengths for quantum well widths between 2 and 10 nm. Figure 5 compares the photoluminescence spectra from epilayers of hexagonal and cubic GaN.
