Fasta alignment files for calculating genetic diversity indices in ten Anopheles species from Meghalaya.

These DNA sequences consist of partial COI gene for ten Anopheles species found abundantly in the three study sites of Meghalaya in northeast India. These files were used to calculate haplotype diversity, nucleotide diversity, Tajima's D in the software DNASP. The results of this analysis are published in Table 1 of the paper  https://doi.org/10.1016/j.meegid.2023.105450
