Figure 5: Flow cytometry analysis of single cells isolated from glomeruli, 4 weeks after AAV-GFP administration to 10-week-old WT and Alport mice. A) Flow cytometry gating strategy and representative scatterplots. After gating glomerular single cells, DAPI negative cells were selected (viable cells) and, within those, podoplanin positive cells (podocytes). Analysis of GFP gate represents the transduced podocytes.
