HOMER results from RESE in OE19

dataset
posted on 2024-02-01, 16:16 authored by William MorgansWilliam Morgans

Fragments of DNA capable of repressing gene expression were screened in OE19 cells, an oesophageal adenocarcinoma cell line. The screen (RESE) was carried out as described in Pang & Snyder 2020 https://www.nature.com/articles/s41588-020-0578-5.

DNA regions with repressive function were determined using the computational tools MAGeCK and DESeq2. DNA motifs enriched within these regions were identified using HOMER. These DNA motifs infer the transcription factors acting at the regions of DNA.
