Normalised kidney gene expression data from HKTR (hktr_gene_expression.txt); normalised kidney microRNA expression data from HKTR (hktr_mirna_expression.txt); normalised urinary data from HKTR (urinary-log2-tpm-scaled.rds). The rds file could be read with readRDS function in R.
