Particle tracks for 0.5 micron polystyrene beads suspended in a lamellar gel network. MATLAB file containing tracks from several experiments sorted by frame rate. Data collected at 50, 125, 1000, 2000, 5000, and 10000 FPS. The data is produced from PolyParticleTracker software written by Rogers et al. (2007). Each track has 10 columns that, in order, are: x coordinate, y coordinate, frame, particle number (unique within single data set), radius in pixels, J (see Rogers et al. 2007), eccentricity, rotation of particle's major axis, average brightness of pixels within particle, skewness.
