The loom file includes wild-type (WT) and HAND1-null (KO) cells ("colAttrs/condition"). Metadata also includes the day/timepoint of differentiation ("colAttrs/day"), the assigned cell type ("colAttrs/cellType") and the SCENIC regulon AUC scores for each cell ("colAttrs/regulonAUC").
