Proteomic mass spectrometry data - AML cell lines treated with Curaxin - raw data

Proteomic mass spectrometry data. AML cell line samples treated with drug Curaxin were analysed on SWATH MS, HDMSe and SONAR. Data was then processed using unique pipelines developed at the Stoller Biomarker Discovery Centre (SBDC) and Waters before comparitive analysis. Here is the initial raw intensity data collected.
