SEM & EDX (Zeiss Sigma) of MXene nanoparticles

Reduced accelerating voltage (≤ 10 kV) EDX is used in combination with secondary electron imaging in an attempt to reduce sub-surface/substrate X-ray emission and confirm nanoparticle presence.
