<p dir="ltr">To investigate the role of Aspergillus fumigatus genes encoding for protein kinase functions, we infected A549 alveolar epithelial cells with a pool of 111 A. fumigatus barcoded null mutants in genes encoding protein kinases and utilised bar-seq to identify which of these are involved in survival within A549 cells.
