• TS2_EPMA_data.xlsx - Data file containing all valid EPMA data points for all UOCs across a range of matrix regions is given.
• TS3_SIMS_Standards.xlsx - Data file containing standards used for D/H calibration.
• TS4_SIMS_sata.xlsx - Data file containing all valid SIMS data points for all samples and standards, including calibrated D/H ratios.
