Supporting Data for the Manuscript: High-Throughput Single-Nanowire Optoelectronic Characterization Enabled by Microfluidic Technology

Download (290.53 MB)

This dataset includes experimental results from the high-throughput characterization of individual GaAs/GaAlAs nanowires using a microfluidic platform with an ultrathin (8 μm) channel. It contains 8 sets of raw data, 8 corresponding recorded videos, and analysis codes.

For time series data analysis, the "Trig_Analysis.mat" code should be used. The velocity and length of each nanowire can be determined using "Velocity_Finder.mat" and "Length_Analysis.mat," respectively. To find the offset between the image and the spectra, use "Find_arb_offset.mat." The spectral correction data is provided as "Spectral_correction.mat."

As discussed in the paper, altogether 21K events can be found, and measurements can be rigged based on PL intensity.

This dataset demonstrates a novel method for high-throughput characterization of large populations of nanoparticles flowing sequentially within a microfluidic platform.
