Lists of proteins identified across all Nasosorption FX-i samples, proteins identified across Nasosorption FX-i MS datasets (the "core" Nasosorption FX-i proteome) and nasal proteomes used for comparison in Chapter 2 of the thesis entitled: "The Nasal Proteome as a Source of Biomarkers for SARS-CoV-2 and Lung Cancer".

Nasal mucus from Nasosorption FX-i devices was eluted and processed for mass spectrometry analysis using S-Trap. Samples were analysed in a data-dependent manner and subsequently analysed using Proteome Discoverer software. A "core" proteome was defined as proteins which were identified across multiple disease states (lung cancer, COPD and SARS-CoV-2) and batches. Individual lists are also described here.

The Nasosorption FX-i proteome was also compared against other publically available nasal protemic datasests. The proteins present in these datasets are also included in this file.
