XPS and HAXPES of compressed MXene aerogels

X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and Hard X-Ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy are used to derive a semi-quantitative estimate of Ti3C2Tz MXene terminating group stoichiometry and sample purity.
