<p>The attached excel spreadsheets are supplementary material to the - yet unpublished - article <em>"Why call it equality?" revisited: An extended critique of the EIGE Gender Equality Index.</em></p> <p><br></p> <p>The files document the reconstruction of the 2017 and 2020 Gender Equality Indices by the European Institute for Gender Equality (EIGE), forming the basis of the article's analyses. </p> <p><br></p> <p>Calculations follow the EIGE's methodology and uses publicly available data that can be downloaded from the EIGE website. Both excel files include links to the EIGE methodology and data.</p>
