Appendix C. WDS oxide wt% maps of silica-rich igneous rims on chondrules in CR chondrites

Quantitative wavelength dispersive spectroscopy (WDS) X-ray maps of silica-rich igneous rims (SIRs) on chondrules in CR chondrites. X-ray maps were obtained on the JEOL JXA-8530F electron microprobe at the University of Manchester. Individual maps illustrate quantitative weight percent oxide values for each element.
