Figure 1: AAV9-GFP transduction of human immortalized and mouse primary podocytes. A) Human immortalized podocytes, PODO/TERT and mouse primary podocytes (wild type (WT) and Alport model Col4a5 KO) were transduced with AAV9-GFP at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 5x104 to 3.125x107 viral genomes (vg)/cell. The cells were analyzed by immunofluorescence at 24 hours post-transduction for the percentage of GFP positive cells. Scale bar = 50 µm.
