<p dir="ltr">Raw images for Figure 1A:</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr"><b>Figure 1:</b> <b>AAV9-GFP transduction of human immortalized and mouse primary podocytes</b>. <b>A</b>) Human immortalized podocytes, PODO/TERT and mouse primary podocytes (wild type (WT) and Alport model Col4a5 KO) were transduced with AAV9-GFP at a multiplicity of infection (MOI) of 5x10⁴ to 3.125x10⁷ viral genomes (vg)/cell. The cells were analyzed by immunofluorescence at 24 hours post-transduction for the percentage of GFP positive cells. Scale bar = 50 µm.</p>
