Figure 2: AAV9-GFP transduction of isolated mouse glomeruli. A) Isolated glomeruli (WT and Col4a5 KO) from 8-week-old mice were transduced with 8.8x1011 vg/ml of AAV9-GFP. GFP expression was visualized 48-hours post-transduction and co-stained with WT1, a podocyte marker. Scale bars = 25 µm.
