Stages of Casting a Plaster Cast Façade Model

<p dir="ltr">Part of the B.15 2025 Model Archive, made in 2016.</p><p dir="ltr">The master model is created from layers of laser cut and engraved scrap acrylic. Details are made using additional strip tubing, epoxy filler and hand sanding. The silicone jacket is displayed alongside the master featuring an MDF insert to reduce the mount of silicone used along with a plaster backing piece. Cast are shown with two different pigments and additional detailing of a laser cut plywood doorway.</p>
