The Latin Decoder App is a free digital tool designed to process and integrate fragmentary Latin texts such as manuscripts and epigraphs. By typing fragmentary Latin words including missing letters (e.g., am--is) in the search bar, users can generate lists of potential integrations matching the series of letters and spaces provided. To do so, the app leverages a large textual database yielding some 9,500,000 words and covering the works of 308 Latin authors (from the IV century BCE to the VI century CE) and the entire corpus of Latin epigraphs as recorded in the Corpus Inscriptionum Latinarum.
