This project aims to foster a more open and transparent research environment, which is crucial for advancing scholarly communications.</p><p dir="ltr"><br></p><p dir="ltr">Objectives</p><ul><li>Understand the current state of research lifecycle processes to gain a comprehensive view of existing workflows.</li><li>Identify barriers to efficiency and collaboration, ensuring that all obstacles are clearly recognized and addressed.</li><li>Develop recommendations to streamline workflows and enhance resource allocation, promoting a more effective and transparent research process.</li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">Benefits</p><ul><li>Optimised processes to reduce delays and duplication, leading to more efficient research activities.</li><li>Improved communication and collaboration across teams, fostering a culture of openness and shared knowledge.</li><li>A stronger foundation for delivering world-class research, supported by transparent and well-documented processes.</li></ul><p><br></p><p dir="ltr">By focusing on these objectives, the RLMP will not only improve the efficiency of research operations but also enhance the openness and transparency of scholarly communications.
