Example analysis code for: Data-driven Discovery for Robust Optimization of Semiconductor Nanowire Lasers
This file contains example analysis code for the dataset found at: https://figshare.manchester.ac.uk/articles/dataset/Complete_research_data_for_Data-driven_Discovery_for_Robust_Optimization_of_Semiconductor_Nanowire_Lasers/26403496?file=48012961, which supports the publication: "Data-driven Discovery for Robust Optimization of Semiconductor Nanowire Lasers", which is soon to be published in Laser & Photonics Reviews.
This dataset concerns experimental results from 55,516 individual nanowire lasers, grown using different materials, using a multitude of experimental techniques, including: photoluminescence spectroscopy, time-correlated single photon counting, optical and electron-microscope imaging and interferometry.
The code takes the user through loading the data, extracting and plotting raw measurements such as emission spectra, and producing box plots to compare parameters for different types of nanowires.
