This file contains example analysis code for the dataset found at: https://figshare.manchester.ac.uk/articles/dataset/Complete_research_data_for_Holistic_nanowire_laser_characterization_as_a_route_to_optimal_design/21865785, which supports the publication: "Holistic Nanowire laser Characterisation as a Route to Optimal Design", which is soon to be published in Advanced Optical Materials.

This dataset concerns experimental results from 5195 individual GaAs/GaAsP nanowire lasers using a multitude of experimental techniques, including: photoluminescence spectroscopy, time-correlated single photon counting, optical and electron-microscope imaging and interferometry.

The code takes the user through loading the data, extracting and plotting histograms of different parameters and producing correlation plots between two different parameters.

An alternative version of this code can be found on github: https://github.com/p-parkinson.
