Prototype of an app-based mental health intervention for and co-designed with frontline gig workers

Download (10.2 MB)

This is a prototype of an app-based intervention for frontline gig workers who deliver local services such as couriers, taxi drivers and home carers. It aims to mitigate risks of job burnout associated with platform work arrangement. The prototype has been developed based on insights obtained from six preliminary interviews with gig workers and managers of labour platforms, suggestions from advisory board meetings with a range of key stakeholders and through two co-design workshops with potential users and expert in platform technologies.
