R Code for Risk Factor Analysis for the PAFA Project

<p dir="ltr">This R code uses logistic regression to analyse risk factors for adverse reactions and probable IgE-mediated food allergy in the Patterns and prevalence of food allergy in adulthood in the UK (PAFA) project. This project aimed to answer questions regarding the patterns and prevalence of adverse reactions to food as well as food allergy in adults in the UK. The risk factor analysis explores which risk factors, in terms of demographics and clinical history, are likely to increase the risk of adverse reactions and/or probable food allergy for an individual, using a logistic regression model. </p>
