This project is exempt from ethics approvals as we interviewed professionals solely in a professional capacity and only collected data they are listed on the exempt list, such as names, profession, emails, and audio-recordings. Participants received Participant Information Sheets (PIS) prior to interviews and had to give informed, written consent.
